Confirm the terms before paying

Cancellation and refund details are being finalized. Request the current terms for your order before making payment, including how a request is reviewed and what happens if delivery is partial or fails.

This page does not promise an automatic refund, a fixed refund period, or a right to stop a supplier request once it has been accepted. The terms and resolution for your order need to be confirmed with you.

Requesting a cancellation

Reply in the original WhatsApp or email conversation with your order reference and tell us you want to request a cancellation. The order’s current stage needs to be checked before we can confirm whether the request can be stopped.

Sending a cancellation request does not itself stop processing. Wait for confirmation of the outcome and keep that confirmation with your order details.

Partial or failed delivery

If you believe delivery is incomplete or a status needs review, send the order reference, content link, and a description of the issue. Mention if the content has been removed, changed, or made private.

The recorded ordered and delivered quantities need to be checked before a next step is agreed. Any remaining delivery, cancellation, or refund is reviewed against the terms confirmed for that order.

How refund requests are handled

A refund request is a request for review. If a refund is agreed, confirm the amount, payment method, and expected handling with us. A supplier credit and a payment back to you are separate things.

Keep the original payment reference and the written resolution. Do not treat an enquiry acknowledgement or review status as proof that a refund has been paid.

What to include in your message

A short message with the relevant details helps us identify the order:

• Your order reference
• The original public post or reel link
• Your requested quantity and agreed quote
• The issue and the resolution you are asking about
• Any relevant payment reference, without unrelated financial details
