What an enquiry contains

An enquiry can include your requested quantity, public Instagram post or reel link, calculator estimate, reference, and the contact details you use to speak with us. This information helps us understand the request and reply through your chosen channel.

You do not need to provide an Instagram password, sign-in code, or account access. Please leave unrelated personal information out of your message.

WhatsApp and email conversations

When you select a WhatsApp or email enquiry button, your chosen messaging or email app opens a draft for you to review and send. Review its contents before sending. Your use of that app is also subject to the provider’s own privacy information.

Keep order questions in the original conversation where possible so the reference, quote, and updates can be matched to the correct request.

Order and payment information

If you proceed with an order, the agreed content link, quantity, price, order reference, payment confirmation, and delivery status may be needed to handle it. Ask which payment reference or evidence is required before sending a receipt.

Avoid sending full financial account details, unrelated transactions, or other information that is not needed to check the payment. Ask how your information will be used before sharing sensitive details.
