After your enquiry

What your order status means

Your order status shows which step your request has reached. Here is what each status means and when to contact us for an update.

Enquiry and awaiting payment

Enquiry means you have asked about a quantity and content link. Payment has not been confirmed and delivery has not started.

Awaiting payment means payment still needs to be confirmed under your agreed quote. If you have paid, send the requested payment reference in the same conversation so we can check it.

Payment confirmed and queued

Once full payment is confirmed, your order automatically joins the delivery queue, subject to our content and order checks. Queued does not mean the supplier has accepted the request yet.

Needs attention means we must check an issue before the order can proceed. For example, the content link may have changed or the quantity may need review. Keep your content public and reply if we ask for more information.

Processing, partial, and completed

Processing means your delivery request is being handled. Partial means only part of your requested quantity has been recorded. Completed means the supplier reports that the requested quantity has been delivered.

These statuses do not guarantee reach, followers, engagement quality, how long shares remain, or sales. If the status does not match what you see, send your order reference so we can check the available records.

Ask about an issue

Reply in your original WhatsApp or email conversation with your order reference, content link, and a short description of the issue. Tell us if the content has been removed or made private.

Failed, cancelled, and refunded mean different things. Asking to cancel does not stop an order the supplier has accepted. Asking for a refund does not mean it has been paid. Check the current terms before ordering and confirm the agreed outcome for your case.

  • Keep the order reference and agreed quote
  • Include the original post or reel link
  • Describe the issue and any content changes
  • Check the agreed cancellation and refund terms
